The Your First Home website reserves the right to remove any postings to the discussion forums that contravene any of the limitations referred to above, which contain expletives or foul language, which are considered to be discourteous or which otherwise the managers of the Your First Home website in their sole discretion consider to be inappropriate for inclusion in the forums, and this may be done without any prior notice to the person who has contributed that posting.
The Your First Home website reserves the right to suspend or cancel the registration of any user who contravenes any of the terms of use that apply to use of this website and the discussion forums.
Our forum policy follows a four strike system.
1) First warning,
2) Second warning and subsequent three day ban
3) Third warning and subsequent seven day ban
4) Fourth warning permanent ban
If Your First Home management deems necessary, steps 1-3 may be skipped and a permanent ban issued with no prior warning, depending on the severity of the violation(s).
Your First Home management also has the right to access, preserve and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these terms of use; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Your First Home, its users and the public. Further, Your First Home reserves the right to cooperate with legitimate law enforcement requests for information at its sole discretion.
