BuzzBuzzHome has launched a new website (www.buzzbuzzhome.com) providing real estate agents and the public with accurate listing information on almost every new development in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. BuzzBuzzHome is Canada's first service offering complete project data for all new residential developments within these cities. The information on BuzzBuzzHome is provided in a user-friendly, interactive and map based format.
"The launch of BuzzBuzzHome.com marks a transition from the old method of scouring the web or driving around neighbourhoods scouting A-frames and presentation galleries to the new method of checking one centralized online source that has all the data," says Matthew Slutsky, president of BuzzBuzzHome.
Prior to the arrival of BuzzBuzzHome, real estate agents and consumers had no centralized source for information on new developments. Although Canada's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) does a thorough job of indexing 'resale' commercial and residential properties, it does not include all 'new construction projects' such as condos, homes and town-homes.
BuzzBuzzHome employs a team of full time researchers to rapidly integrate planned new developments into its existing database of all current developments.
Slutsky notes that the service is in line with the public's growing proactive approach to searching and researching real-estate, "Having access to this information empowers consumers and makes them better informed about the overall market and better equipped to make the choice that's right for them. The service is also important to the industry as it increases, enhances and publicises (for everyone) all the information that's available."
BuzzBuzzHome researchers verify the information for each listing at least once every two weeks. As a complimentary feature, BuzzBuzzHome allows some developers to upload information about their project(s) directly to the site.
